We were led to believe we would receive more than we actually received, apart from that the service was good and they always responded to e-mails and telephone calls with out being chased.

Thank you for writing your feedback. The amount you were to receive, upon the completion of the transfer of ownership would have been firstly communicated to you by phone as the offer, and this was then sent to you in writting for you to sign to confirm acceptance of prior to us commencing the transfer of ownership. On the resale market, by it's very nature, offers may be lower than you had hoped for, but are always passed onto you so that you may choose to accept of decline the offer.
We are pleased that you were happy with the way in which the transfer was conducted and that the service was good.
