Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your purchase through ourselves.
We fully accept that the transfer of ownership on your new week did take a long time to complete. Looking at our records, this appear to have been mainly due to the fact that the resort would not fully action the change of ownership until the 2015 week had passed, this was because the previous owner had use of the 2015 (your purchase was set up with 2016 as your first year of occupancy) week. Completing the transfer prior to the 2015 week passing would have invalidated the old owners' use. I note that our staff were able to obtain you accomodation for 2015 through RCI.
The final delay was due to the fact that Anfi would further not complete the transfer until the 2016 maintenance fees were paid. In order to quicken this, we, as a company, paid those fees on your behalf prior to you re-imbursing ourselves.
Whilst the transfer did take some time due to the above, we hope that you will enjoy your future holidays at Anfi and that you would consider using our services again.

Mark, I was aware of the reason for delay but I still maintain I had to ring to get updates. You did find me accommodation for 5 days of my holiday dates but only after me pestering almost weekly and it was only found 3 days before we left.
It was me ringing the resort constantly that uncovered the completion could not proceed without the 2016 maintenance fee being paid. I then contacted your company and agreed you should pay and I would reimburse. Even after that I asked repeatedly about receiving my new certificate and that again was only resolved by me ringing Spain - again !
I will enjoy my holidays, and would consider your services again but my personal experience is that there is better service from other companies in your market - Sorry
