Dear Valued Customer,

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, so are sorry to hear that we didn’t live up to that promise on this occasion.

Our products should always be available for next day delivery, and on the rare occasion they are not, we try to offer an alternative and explain why the delay had arisen.

This clearly didn’t happen in this instance so we apologise that we were not able to honour the next day delivery service and that you were not spoken to. A request has been raised to credit you for the delivery charge, and a full refund will be credited to your payment card.

On a more positive note, our new computerised stock process goes live on 1st November which will enable us to respond immediately to any stock issue going forward.

We do hope that you were pleased with the product when they arrived and again apologise for our short-comings on this occasion.
