We are really sorry that you did not have an enjoyable stay at Villa Duo, which is a villa that to date has had nothing but 5 star reviews and positive comments.
Our aim is always that our customers have a great stay in Ibiza we ask customers to let us know as soon as possible if there are any aspects of their stay that they are unhappy with so that we can rectify any issues that may arise unfortunately, you didn’t contact us until after you had returned to the UK which meant we were unable to resolve anything for you.
We would have been able to move you another villa if the issues had not been resolved to your satisfaction. We did receive an email from you 24 hours after arriving at the villa asking about transportation and this correspondence didn’t make any mention or suggestion of any dissatisfaction with the villa. Quite the contrary it included a smiley face!
Customers are entitled to leave any review they see fit and we welcome any constructive comments but in this instance a poor review without communicating to us while in Ibiza and giving us the opportunity to investigate and rectify any issues whilst you were on the island is extremely disappointing for a company such as ours that prides itself on great customer service.
