4 days to confirm I’d get my £500 deposit back and 2 weeks later still not got it. It’s been decades since it’s taken a bank 2 weeks to transfer money.

Good afternoon Ms. Maycock, thank you for leaving your feedback here. Our team will be in touch via email at bookings@underthedoormat.com to discuss the details of this situation. In this instance, I can see a delay was caused by our Payment Provider however we do have the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) that you can give to your bank so that they can track the funds back into your account. I will be in touch about this shortly. Should you have any other feedback about the home, please let us know so that we can pass this back to the owner. We of course apologise profusely for the delay and would relish the opportunity to host you again to showcase the best that UnderTheDoormat has to offer. We never heard back from you however I can see from our payment provider that the refund was successful.
