Hi Susan. I'm sorry that had an issue when you picked up your hire car in Orlando. Your booking confirmation was sent on the day that you booked, and the details showed the named driver and what was included in your reservation. We do ask customers to check that the information is correct. Our records show that you were named the lead driver and no additional drivers were included. Had we been made aware of this discrepancy, we would have been able to resolve this for you. We also do not appear to have had any contact from you whilst were in resort. We provide an emergency helpline which is available 24/7 to help us resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible..
