Unsatisfied

This is because the first booking I made was cancelled and instead of rescheduling me with another airline they made me pay £648 extra when it wasn’t my fault in the first place

Dear Rehman, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced regarding your flight booking. We fully understand the frustration you must have felt being charged an additional £648. However, the cancellation of your old booking and the arrangement of a new ticket were done upon receiving your consent. The cost of the new ticket was higher than the old one, therefore, the agent asked for the difference in fare. Regards, Travel Trolley

Dear Salfaraz, Thank you for taking the time to write to us about your recent experience. We would like to clarify that according to our records, you have not contacted us to make any changes to your booking. We did not request that you pay a £150.00 surcharge. Also, the ticket was sent on the same day it was issued. We kindly ask that you share the correct reference number with us in order for us to look into the matter further. Regards,Travel Trolley

Dear Muhammad, We greatly regret reading your feedback expressing disappointment with our service concerning your recent ticket change/refund request. However, we would like to clarify that a flexible ticket does not guarantee free amendments or cancellations. It simply allows the passenger to make changes in the booking by paying the difference in fare and date change penalty, which is charged by the airline. We also wish to inform you that there are no tickets in economy class that allow passengers to cancel without any penalty. Regads, Travel Trolley
