Trafalgar Ulasan

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing Trafalgar for a third tour. We are pleased to read that you were impressed by your Coach Driver’s skill in navigating the challenging roads throughout your journey. However, we are sorry that several aspects of this trip did not meet your expectations, particularly in comparison with your previous experiences. We understand your disappointment with the standard of the hotels, as well as the commentary provided by your Travel Director, which you felt lacked depth and was difficult to hear clearly. We are especially sorry that you did not get to visit the town of Amalfi, as this was a key highlight you had anticipated. We appreciate your concerns about the distance travelled, the limited time available before dark and the scheduling of the optional lunch experience. We recognise how disappointing it is when an important destination does not provide the experience you had hoped for. Your comments regarding the accommodation, commentary and itinerary planning will be shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you for taking the time to outline your concerns. We value your continued trust in Trafalgar and regret that this journey fell short of the standard you had previously experienced.

We are sorry to read that your recent Best of Scotland tour did not meet your expectations, particularly given the positive experience you had travelling with us in 2017. We understand that learning about Scotland’s rich history and the places visited along the way was an important part of your journey. We regret that the commentary provided by your Travel Director did not offer the depth of historical insight you had anticipated, leaving you disappointed with the overall experience. Your comments regarding the knowledge, preparation and delivery of commentary will be shared with the relevant team for review. We appreciate you taking the time to explain where the experience fell short and are sorry that this trip did not reflect the standard you had previously enjoyed with Trafalgar. Thank you for your continued trust in Trafalgar and for giving us the opportunity to learn from your feedback.
