Terrible company, seems just on the legal side of a total scam. They mark ticket prices up quite outrageously and don't let you choose your seats. You're much better off booking with the theatre...

My request for tickets was dealt with promptly and I received a confirmation email which when presented at the theatre I was given the tickets with no problem. Very good service.
