Thank you. Did you rent with Firefly? We use the broker Cartrawler on our website, as over the years we have found them to provide a very easy to use and reliable service. This year we had some complaints from clients who had booked cars through Cartrawler with a company they had not featured in the past called Firefly, which is based some way from Palermo airport. We immediately asked Cartrawler to remove Firefly from our account. We have previously asked them to remove some other agencies that we were unhappy with. We have also asked Cartrawler to change their website to enable users to select the company they prefer to book with, which might not necessarily be the cheapest option available.
