Hi Matthew, thank you for leaving a review. We are still waiting for a repsonse to our email on Tue, 30 Apr 2024 at 3:35 PM requesting an image of the serial number of the board. Once this has been provided we can arrange collection. We look forward to hearing from you.

Friday 10th May. For the second time courier failed to collect faulty board from safe place. Arranged with Will at sup that board will be left in safe place. Just called sup and spoke to Robert and was told that someone has to be in to collect parcel. Not happy at all with this service from sup or courier firm.. all the time my money is still with sup and no refund yet

Hi Matthew, thank you for your feedback. DPD will not collect without someone in attendance. We are sorry if this was not communicated to you. We can rebook the collection on a day and time that suits you between Monday to Friday from 0900 - 1600hrs. A three hour window is required for collection. Please provide this to us via the support ticket you have open by emailing help@thesupco.com on the existing thread of correspondence. If this collection process is not satisfactory for you, in this instance you can return your unwanted item to us at The SUP Company, Woodmill Lane, Southampton, Hampshire, SO18 2JR as per Return's process. We will then make a £20 contribution to the return cost. On proof of a receipt, we will make a bank transfer to you for this contribution. Once again our apologies for the delays you have experienced for your collection.

Hi Matthew, thank you for leaving a review. The seams are not coming away from the board as we suspect small areas where not glued in the first place. We are still waiting for a repsonse to our email on Tue, 30 Apr 2024 at 3:35 PM requesting an image of the serial number of the board. Once this has been provided we can arrange collection. We have offered you a replacement but you have decided to not proceed with an board purchase. On your orders return to us it will be refunded in full as already offered via the support ticket you raised with this. We look forward to hearing from you.
Provided plenty of options about the choice of board, listen to my first training experience, to help identify a similar board.
They were also prepared to let you try the board on the water before...

I order this over the phone. The staff were polite and well knowledges and it arrived so quickly at a really good delivery price compared with other Sup suppliers
