Hi Katherine, thank you for your feedback. So sorry that we didn’t get back to you. It was after we had finished in the office and beginning our much needed Bank Holiday time off. As a small business we value each of our customers and we do our best to make sure orders are sent as soon as they can be. In this instance I understand that your order was sent to us after the cut off for the Bank Holiday. We do ask that customers allow 7 working days for the order to arrive, although we rarely see those delivery times; we ask this to allow time for the order to arrive and so that the customer does not run out of food.
