I have checked both email boxes and offline chat messages, I am unable to find any email from yourself at all.This does sound like a technical issue so therefore the best and quickest way for us to deal with this is via email, if you could send a email containing your order number, a brief description of the issue you describe and a video/photos of the issue you are experiencing if possible and we will get back to you asap to help you with this. We are committed to resolving any customer problems but if we DO NOT know there is a issue - we cannot really help and leaving service 1 star reviews for this is not really fair if we have not been made aware of a issue and given the opportunity to resolve.
Could I also point out - the service request is based on our customer service and not the product, there is a separate review request for the product itself. In this section you should comment and review - if we processed your order quickly - was it received quickly? Did we keep you updated on the progress of your order?
