Thank you for your query. I apologise the sizing was smaller than expected. We have created this bin bag holder to be of an average size, and have now included the measurements of the holder on the item description. However, regarding your delivery, I can see from the tracking the order was placed on 9/2/22 after midday and arrived to you on 11/2/22. Unfortunately as stated on our check out shipping terms, we are only able to offer next day delivery on orders placed before midday. I look forward to your comments and hope for revised feedback. We would advise you to sprinkle the sachets around the target area where you wish the rodent to avoid, as the peppermint scent in the sachets will help deter the rodent away best, however should you need more assistance I would recommend you purchase our STV403 Anti Rodent Lacquer, as you can spray this directly udder the car bonnet, on the cabling and insulation on the car directly;. Please ensure it is dry before you use the vehicle.
