Hi Connie, First I'd like to thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Whether positive or negative, we use all reviews to identify areas for improvement. Please know that a member of our team will be reaching out to you privately, however, I wanted to hopefully remedy some of the concerns mentioned here. Due to the number of hotels we work with, it can be problematic to have the up-to-date operating hours of each meal period readily available when putting together each itinerary. However, I understand your frustration with the timing of your Loch Ness tour and am sorry that you were not able to enjoy that experience. I understand that you experienced mobile phone issues while in the UK that affected your ability to call our 24/7 Traveler Hotline. Regrettably, we were unable to assist in this case. Our hotline is always the best way to get in contact with us for emergencies as we always have a staff member on duty to respond quickly and efficiently. I am not sure why you did not receive an automatic car, however, I know that many rental car companies across Europe are experiencing low inventory and high demand. Thank you again for providing your feedback.

Hi Stewart, thank you for your detailed feedback regarding your UK trip with Tenon Tours. Each review is important to us as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. Your By-Your-Side Service TEAM Member will be reaching out to you privately, however, I wanted to address some of your concerns here. Accommodations are among the first pieces of your itinerary that we secure. Private driver-guides are booked and confirmed much later, and we do not know or account for their place of residence. However, I understand your frustration and why you felt this was uncoordinated. I am not 100% sure why you were not booked at the Royal Leonardo for your entire stay in London, however, I imagine it was likely due to availability and/or budget. I know that many of our overseas partners are currently experiencing very limited availability due to incredibly high demand. I am sorry to hear that you did not find the London Pass useful. I see that you had been in contact with a member of our team regarding this and I hope that they were able to assist you at that time. Again, I appreciate your feedback.
