We are terribly sorry to realise that you did not get the service you expected for. We completely understand how inconvenient this may have been for you, especially when travelling with little ones.
Please note that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. We want to make sure that all of our transfers are completed as promised at the booking moment.We have also refunded you the 5.61 USD extras you paid for the meet & greet which was not provided. Regarding the type of vehicle, please note that we can see that your reservation included a Sedan car which was the vehicle provided. We usually recommend booking for bigger vehicles (minivan or minibus) if you are having any extra luggage or bigger suitcases. In your case, we have to consider that the driver offered the type of vehicle according to the details of your reservation which should have been fine at the moment of the pickup. However, as mentioned, we have already opened an investigation to clarify what went wrong from their side, since according to our system everything should have worked just fine.
Please accept our most sincere apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We always want to provide our customers with the most pleasant rides possible, rather than the awkwardness you experienced.
As a gesture of an apology, I have also sent you a discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us. We would be more than happy if you could give us a second chance to prove to you how our real hassle-free service is.

Worst experience won’t use again
Not only was the driver late 40 mins I understand 10-15 mins but every time I called I was advised his just around the corner or 10 mins always. What is worst he didn’t make any effort to apologise...
