Hello there. So sorry to read your review. As you know, Royal Mail appear to have lost your initial order which was sent on the same day you ordered. When you asked for a replacement we sent this via 1st Class post which arrived the next day. We're very sorry for this, we were both let down by the Royal here. To address your disappoint that this is a Mid Year Diary, apologies, we do try to make this clear. This is in the description of the title you ordered and the page also lists the exact dates of which the diary runs "Diary pages from 1st July 2019 to 2nd August 2020 (whole 13 months)Diary pages from 1st July 2019 to 2nd August 2020 (whole 13 months)". Given all the above, we apologies for falling below the standards you require however I hope you see this as not a 2* effort on our part. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, we hope you can win back your faith in the future.
