We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially given the confusion with tracking updates and the inconvenience caused to both you and your neighbour. Unfortunately, once an order leaves us and is in the hands of the courier, the actual delivery process is out of our control. That said, if we had been made aware of the delivery issue at the time, we would’ve done our very best to help sort it with DPD. We always recommend letting us know as soon as there’s a problem so we can act quickly on your behalf.
