Not happy about min order ÂŁ150 over telephone and only ÂŁ100 online.
Questions over phone could not be answered. I can place an order for free delivery with just about anyone if it's ÂŁ50

Hi Susan, we are very sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding our delivery charges. The min. order for free delivery is lower online  because the cost of processing and dispatching on-line orders is less than taking orders over the phone.  As we are trade only site, the average order we tend to receive is above £150 and therefore very few customers need pay a delivery charge as we take on this cost ourselves. I hope this explains our charges and we look forward to helping you in the future.
Hi Rosanna, if you're struggling to find a replacement, the Highlift Gold Iridescent is very close to the 903-S, although it may need to be mixed with beige to avoid it being overly warm. Hope that helps!
