I am sorry that you are not happy with the booking fee. This is standard practice across all booking agent platforms.
As the booking agent we are here to mediate between yourself and the property owner. With this particular property it is the owner's preference for guests to contact them directly for the key collection details. Some property owners like to speak to guests prior to their arrival.
