the cottage and location was lovely disappointed no washing machine but dishwasher so when you get home weeks worth of washing to do so you dont feel you have had a holiday if i had realised it did...

You can inspect the property more often there was not even a fruit bowl or a flower vase .No welcome pack and defently not suitable for disabled and the road to the property is ridiculous all mud and...

I am sorry to hear that you found that the property was unsuitable for your stay.
Our properties are decorated individually by our owners and so it is down to the owners discretion whether they chose to provide additional amenities such as a fruit bowl or a vase.
Regrettably, the road leading up to the property belongs to the council and so this is out of the owners control.
