Very cosy home but unfortunately facilities let it down.
Very nice home. I would not reccomend the shower as it floods the whole room. The location is okay but i would highly reccomend an off road vehicle to travel down the road as it isn't in the best...

I am sorry to hear that the heating was not working during your stay. We advise that if you inform of any issues in the property that you notify us as soon as possible so that we are able to rectify them for you. As our properties are self catered some owners usually provide a few complimentary welcome package however, it is up to the customer to supply anything further.
I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the rest of your holiday.

Fantastic customer service and amazing cottage.
Amazing customer service. Our car broke down a few weeks before we were supposed to go on holiday and couldn't be fixed in time. Sykes were brilliant. Very understanding and transferred our holiday...
