Flat not cleaned and ready for change over - and service really poor.
The flat had not been cleaned - beds not ready, rubbsh not cleared, crumbs everywhere. Contacted and took ages, owner said what am i supposed to do? Someone arrived very later around 11 with...

Cottage was excellent but instructions to find could be a lot better (do NOT use postcode!) When phoning in for help & details I was bounced off to the owner which was a little frustrating as Sykes...
