Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the property or your recent experience. I have checked our records and can see that we made many attempts to contact you via phone and email about your feedback, but without success.
We have also been in touch many times regarding the owner's complaint about how the property was left but have not been able to reach a resolution with you regarding this either.
We have always received very good feedback for this property, and also many comments about how dog-friendly it is; I am sorry that this was not your experience.

Great service and excellent owners. Have used Sykes five times and booked again. But be aware they are the booking agent ALL COMPLAINTS NEED TO BE DIRECTED AT THE OWNERS
