Many thanks for your feedback. We will look into the points you have raised and we can open a complaint on your file to discuss further should you wish. I can see from the notes that we were pursuing the claim through the third-party insurer but due to an incorrect vehicle registration we had for the third party this took us longer than we would have liked. I also note that we had a slight parts delay whilst your vehicle was in with our repairer, to which we can only apologise for. We will pass your comments onto the file handler in order to continually improve our services.

Thank you for your feedback. With regard to the hire vehicle, unfortunately the third party insurer would not pay for the hire car to remain at the repairers whilst not in use during your holiday. We were glad to hear that you were otherwise happy with the experience.
