A traumaticly stressful, unwelcome and ongoing experience.
Appallingly unsupportive. I had to make a majority of enquiries myself. Suzuki failed massively to contact my insurance when I had reported being involved in a collision to which was not my fault.

Absolute rubbish ,courtesy car stunk and was filthy inside ,also why would a 2 day repair take close to 3 weeks ,repair was not fit for purpose ,electric boot release broken in accident and not even...
