Hi,
You seem to have become confused over the websites and number of accounts you are using so allow us to present a few facts:
1 - The account registered on Superpay.me under this email and username is in fact not blocked. It is the original account you created with us back in August 2024 and have made 3 successful withdrawals from in that period. This account is still active, and can currently be used.
2 - You have created around 6 other accounts in total on Superpay.me over several months, however none of those other accounts are active. While you've breached our terms in creating them, we've allowed you to continue on the site since with the this account you didn't actually attempt to use or cash out on those duplicate accounts.
3 - You have created a further 4 separate accounts on our sister site "rewardingways". The one under this username and also another under a different username "Justjae67" were both correctly blocked as they were duplicate accounts. Your original account "CnC4ever" remains active and can be used used at any time. The 4th account "Chrisgirl" has not yet attempted to withdraw as while a survey was completed, you have not yet reached the cash out level, and we recommend that you do not use that account again, or it would be correctly blocked as has already happened with your other two accounts.
4 - The account you are referring to which had a balance of $8 and was correctly blocked, was not actually on Superpay.me, but was the account using the same username "Luvlies79" on Rewardingways.com. We informed you on that account via support ticket earlier today that it was correctly blocked for breaching our rules relating to multiple accounts and suggest you review the other accounts mentioned in point 3 for clarification.
We look forward to receiving contact from your attorney where we can present evidence of your actions and clear breaches of our rules, and confirmation of the correct and appropriate action taken as a result.
At that point, while we would be entitled to seek damages, we will advise your attorney that a complete removal and retraction of the false and defamatory claims here and anywhere else they've been posted and an apology will be acceptable assuming there has been no further escalation of the issue.
You obviously have the opportunity to correct your error and remove your false and defamatory allegations at any time prior to that without apology, but it will be a non-negotiable request should we reach that stage.
The original account on Superpay.me, and Rewardingways are both active and can continue to be used. You can even request a transfer of the earned balance (not welcome bonus or promo codes) from the duplicated account which can be reviewed and processed subject to no duplication of surveys or offers being found across the sites. That is done by raising a ticket from your original active accounts, which will receive a response within 24 hours as per our normal response times.
We would suggest you take time to ensure that you do not continue to breach our rules and continue to create any more duplicate accounts to avoid similar situations in the future.
