It appears that you haven't filled in our returns form or spoken to anyone in our returns department regarding this order. If you had, this item would have been returned to us with a free collection as you believe the item was wrongly described. This was pre-approved on the phone call when you initially called to ask about the wiring of the MIDI cable.
Regarding the member of our team needing to refer to colleagues to ask about the wiring of the MIDI cable, we sell thousands of different products by hundreds of manufacturers and our staff are extremely knowledgeable but they will always refer to their colleagues if they are unsure about something before passing the information on to a customer.
We have tried calling a few times this morning to get this resolved but haven't been able to get through, so please get in touch when convenient and a collection will be arranged by returns.
