Had to email licences several times then got letter to say ins would be cancelled even though us sent all documents

excellent manner of dealing with me - by phone and on website / internet
There were several things that needed to be followed up by email but I found Lauren most helpful and considerate, plus she responded to everything very promptly. Very impressed with the service.
