Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Im sorry you have had this negative experience. We always try and respond to our customers as soon as possible. We are extremely busy at the moment due to the current situation, which Im sure you can appreciate. Despite this we have still maintained service levels, within our process, which allows up to 7 working days for us to respond to all email requests. We do aim to send them out the same day where ever possible. I appreciate this may not have been the case for you. While our terms and conditions do not allow for payment holiday we understand that at this difficult time people may struggle to make payment. Our fully trained staff are trying to help as many customers as we can and are assessing each account on an individual basis.
