They somehow crossed over the delivery address and send it to the billing address.
The chandeliers are not yet installed, so can't rate them

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. When you placed the order, you put the same billing and delivery address, but for some reason at the delivery address you put a different post code; the delivery address doesn't exist at this new post code, so we sent the items - for security reasons - to the billing address.
