Thank you for your feedback, the system does allow you to log on and see orders details and set the date for collection. If you need to change the date we do need to do over the phone or email. The staff member who picked up my storage was wonderfully helpful and friendly, and overall I found the experience of booking the storage and pickup really easy. The price is competitive too.

Great value for Londoners and an extremely reliable customer service team!
