Dear Lynda, I am very sorry to read that you feel the customer service has let you know. In truth, we have not had any emails from you (we've just double checked). We did email you shortly after receiving your order just to let you know that we are doing our best to get all orders out in good time but there might be some very small delays as a result of COVID 19 and its impact on the postal systems. We did not hear back from you and assumed you were happy in any event. Your order was made up and posted out within the timescales stated on the site.
