I can see that you contacted our customer service team in relation to your complaint on 7th October at 12:27, and we responded to you on the same day at 12:41.
As we do not own or operate the car park we are unable to investigate the complaint as we do not have access to their staff or records, and are based at an office in Leeds. We did not have any contact with your vehicle.
As such, we provided the car park contact details for you to contact them and ask them to investigate the complaint and resolve this with you directly.
