Thanks for the feedback but having checked UK residents are forbidden to buy insurance policies in Germany in Euros following Brexit so we are not sure what you bought or whether it had value in the event of a claim. You also mentioned cover for a season so this may have been the equivalent of the French Carte Neige which covers rescue from the mountain and nothing else and was included as part of your season pass and was not a separate insurance policy. Your policy based on your age was more expensive but covered cancellation prior to departure, including for Covid, covered all medical bills, rescue costs, repatriation back to the UK, baggage, cash, public liability insurance and covered your wintersports equipment We did try to call the number on your file to discuss this but your wife said you were out so please feel free to give us a call to discuss Regards
