Dear Melissa,
I am sorry that you have not been happy with the level of service provided post booking. It is regrettable that you were frustrated at being unable to access your easyJet booking via manage my booking, which is understandably not possible as Ski Solutions booked the flights on your behalf. It is important to bear in mind that by booking a flight inclusive package all elements of the holiday are financially protected under the ATOL scheme.
I understand that the requested ski carriage and pre-allocated seats have now been added to your booking, if you have any further requests please do not hesitate to contact our After Sales team on 020 7471 7711.
Kind regards
Rebecca

Dealing with Clare was a pleasure, the only reason I didn't give 2 stars was because they were a bit quick on the demand for payment!
