Hi Geir, I'm sorry you've encountered difficulties with DPD couriers. We have trialled other delivery companies over the years but there is none that is perfect and, actually, DPD is typically one of the best-rated courier firms in consumer polls. I can only apologise and express our disappointment that their failings have so negatively impacted your experience with us.
