Please accept our apologies for the problems you have encountered with this order. We are currently looking into other methods of acquiring our shutters which will give our customers less of a lead time before receiving their orders. We have a measurement guide on our website which states where to take measurements for recess and to add the required figures to allow the shutter to fit correctly.
