Poor service - even at Sale time a three week delivery time isn’t excusable especially when customer service says ‘we’ve been busy’ aaarghh!

My stuff is always packed nice and secure, but, an ultra slow delivery service. Stuff ordered, around the same time from England, and the USA all arrived ages before my Home...
