We have been using SES Escrow for a while now and the process is very simple and takes no time at all. I have never had a problem with the service and always seems to be very efficient.

Lack of communication and any discrepancy need to be clearly highlighted earlier to all. This need to be managed strongly as we are dealing with multiple parties.
