all is well now.troubles probably my fault as my phone was playing up and when i tried to answer a call that did come in the thing just cut out. eventually i managed to cintact Edgar who promptly came and sorted things out.still in contact with him for ongoing work.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Initial prices submitted through the site are rough approximates. Businesses would normally need site visit or a face to face meeting to give accurate quotes. We would actually be providing the work cover for you when you purchased the job upgrade and not the businesses who sent you a quote.

Thanks for your comments Winston. Irrespective of that of the 5 quotes provided one listed an incomplete phone number and hasn't responded to my message yet. The other didn't do what I was looking for (even though it was in the description). Another two were tilers and can't do what the job requires. The last could, but quoted well over double your website guidelines and $10k over our budget.
