Thank you for your feedback and we couldn't agree more about your comments on location and space. We're sorry to hear you had an issue with the water but pleased to hear the owners were good about providing bottled water and sorting a plumber. Since your feedback and following a further review of Ladywell we've decided to no longer market this property in our collection for 2019. Given your disappointment, next time you book with us please quote your customer reference number and you will be offered a Loyalty Discount off your next booking.
Have used Scotts Castles before and would do so again. Staff are responsive and helpful, and we have always been offered a property that suits us. We are a large group that travels with several dogs...
