Hello Mr Willets Thank you for taking the time to review our product. I know we have been in contact with you as we would advise all customers to ensure their gates are dried out before hanging and also to apply a UV oil to the gate to stop any further moisture from entering the gates. Even if the gates are completely dry when hanging and not oiled then water can seep into the timber and cause warping. We are always happy to replace customer gates with warping issues but there must be proof that our specified maintenance procedures have been carried out.
