Some of the wood delivered had large knot holes which meant it was unusable

Excellent customer service - following feedback, Bryony in Customer Services at Ruby Group did contact me and arranged replacement shiplap boards, which were delivered a couple of days later. I would now use Ruby Group again and recommend them with the knowledge they will replace any damaged or poor-quality wood without hesitation.
