Delivery problems

They left the bed outside the building and would not bring it into the house. Some of the planks were too heavy to carry single handed

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your mattress. I will arrange for the support team to contact you directly. The mattress does have an odour when first opened (due to fire retardant treatment that we legally have to apply) but this should dissipate after a couple of days. It seems strange to have lasted so long. We will investigate this matter further. Kind regards Anne
