Thank you, Rointe for responding to my review however, you have very very conveniently forgotten that I did pursue your local recommended distributors and found the radiator was £150 more at one and £100 more at another. In addition when I first contacted you direct, your customer care team said they would arrange to pick up the damaged radiator and send a new replacement direct to me. However, your customer care manager decided it wasn’t appropriate and told me to go back to deal with the distributor which was so unhelpful . I really think they’re is a lot of contradiction in what you have responded to me, and I remain very disappointed. If you had only focused on the end user concerns, this could have been resolved so quickly and I think your customer care really needs reviewing from a customer perspective.
