Hello Andrew, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. Although, our technical support team has explained to you that the 3 years warranty was for towel rails purchased after January 2022 and as your product was purchased in January 2021 it only has 2 years electrical warranty, as it's mentioned in your manuals. We sent you the user manuals as a proof of this. In addition, you didn't install your products with a Rointe's approved installer and for this reason it was out of the electrical warranty. We have an installer locator in our website to find your trusted installer but if a installer have our products could mean that they've purchased them in a wholesaler. It doesn't mean that he is part of our trusted installer's club. The only thing that we can do is give you the prices and details to purchase a new control panel.
