Thank you for your 4-star review. We are delighted to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your cruise and that you were pleased with the way itinerary adjustments were managed during the low water levels in the Rhine Gorge.
We appreciate your comments regarding the sun deck. While we understand this was disappointing, there are occasions when access to the sun deck must be restricted due to low bridges and locks along the route. These measures are put in place for the safety of both our guests and crew, which is always our highest priority.

Good service from all on board. Cruise director worked very hard in view of I Tibetans change. It was changed again when there was trouble with the locks on Moselle.

River cruising is occasionally subject to factors beyond our control, including fluctuating water levels and unforeseen lock disruptions, which can necessitate itinerary adjustments at short notice. We understand that such changes can be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. Please be assured that we contacted affected guests as soon as we became aware of the situation and provided updates whenever possible.

We are sorry that the exceptionally low water levels on the Rhine resulted in changes to your itinerary and that the alternative ports of call on the Moselle did not fully meet your expectations. River cruising is dependent on river conditions, and occasionally adjustments are required to ensure the safe operation of the vessel and the continued enjoyment of the holiday wherever possible.
