We are very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the arrival arrangements and the provision of a meal on your recent cruise. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the high standard of food throughout your stay, that your cabin was spacious and well-equipped, and that the air conditioning was effective in the hot conditions. It is also good to know that once you were able to check in and the bar opened, all was well.
