We are sorry, however, that the noise from the engine room affected your comfort at night and that you found the acoustics in the dining area made conversation difficult at times. Should concerns such as these arise during your holiday, we would always encourage guests to raise them with the Cruise Director whilst onboard, as this provides the best opportunity for alternative arrangements to be considered where possible and for any issues to be addressed during the sailing. Airline seat allocation policies vary and, where advance seat selection is not available or seats have not been pre-booked, seating is ultimately at the discretion of the airline. Whilst we endeavour to provide guests with information regarding seat selection options where possible, we regret that you and your partner were not seated together on your return journey.
